Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on druterus.com, including online courses and private consultations. It complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
1. Online Courses
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases.
- If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase
- To request a refund, email Contact@druterus.com with your order ID and reason for the request
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase under any circumstances
- Refunds are not available if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
- Refunds are not available for courses purchased during a promotional offer or at a discounted price unless the course is materially defective
2. Private Consultations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be accommodated once, subject to availability.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): no refund
If Dr. Mitali cancels or is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Digital Products & Protocols
Written protocols, health plans, and digital documents delivered after a consultation are non-refundable once delivered, as they constitute bespoke, personalised medical documents.
4. Defective or Inaccessible Products
If a course or digital product is materially defective, inaccessible due to a platform error, or significantly misrepresented in its description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. Please contact Contact@druterus.com with evidence of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control
- Refunds will not include any payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%) unless the refund is due to our error
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- Email Contact@druterus.com with subject line: 'Refund Request — [Your Order ID]'
- Include: your full name, registered email address, order ID, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
