These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Dr. Uterus. By accessing or using druterus.com, purchasing any course, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing druterus.com, creating an account, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Platform Description

Dr. Uterus is a women's health education and telehealth consultation platform operated by Dr. Mitali Rathod. We provide: online educational courses on reproductive and hormonal health; private telehealth consultations; a free health assessment tool; and an editorial blog. All digital content and consultations are delivered remotely.

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be 10 years of age or older to use our services
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

All courses, blog articles, assessment results, and free content on druterus.com are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Content is authored by a qualified medical professional but must not be used as a substitute for a personal consultation with your healthcare provider.

5. Consultations

  • All consultations are telehealth sessions conducted via phone or video call
  • Consultations are not emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, call 108 or visit your nearest hospital
  • Dr. Mitali Rathod is a licensed Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Her consultations reflect her professional clinical expertise but are subject to the limitations of remote assessment
  • You are responsible for arranging all required investigations, medications, and supplements advised during the consultation
  • A detailed written protocol will be delivered within 24–48 hours following your consultation call
  • The prescribed plan is personalised to you and must not be shared with or followed by any other person

6. Intellectual Property

All content on druterus.com — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, protocols, articles, logos, brand assets, and the Dr. Uterus name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Mitali Rathod. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission
  • Share course login credentials or course content with third parties
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information during booking, assessment, or consultation
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not topics/categories you own
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

8. Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or direct bank transfer
  • We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers
  • Your purchase is confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Uterus and Dr. Mitali Rathod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, courses, or consultations. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Uterus, Dr. Mitali Rathod, and any associated team members from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to purchased courses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting Contact@druterus.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
